Miracle Podcast-Guest Finder Template
Say goodbye to spending way too much time finding a podcast guest with way too much effort. This document gives you a proven method to FIND AND ATTRACT tons of qualified podcast guests fast and easy.
Finding enough podcast guests to enthrall my audience, grow my podcast, and keep up with the demands of a weekly/bi-weekly show (particularly but not exclusively with a weekly or bi-weekly show) was painful…like getting a root canal painful.
Every podcaster knows how important consistency is, so I always wanted to find a guest on time to publish episodes on time… (not to mention that if you really want to scale your podcast, you’ve got to get into other states, and the only way to do that is by having guests in your niche from different locations).
Here’s why it was so painful:
After burning through your personal network of potential guests for your podcast niche, you have to start looking online. And unless you know the tricks and tools to find qualified guests quickly, it can absorb WAY too much time.
Here’s how I found that out:
When I was in college, I started my own weekly interview podcast show. I thought it would be fun to meet new people, have a new experience, build an audience, and who knows… maybe even make money.
Well, I was busy. After the first 2-3 months, I thought the finding process of guests for the podcast would get easier, but I was struggling to find enough guests to come on my show. There were many times where I found someone last minute and uploaded the episode the night before. Not to mention, I didn’t have the reputation that some big podcast show hosts rely on. I was a no-name asking for a favor from the few people I could find to reach out to.
I leveraged my network. I leveraged my friends’ networks. But I felt like I was in a drought.
And then I started thinking about it…why was this whole podcast thing so hard?
That’s when I was introduced to a guy who had grown a Japanese podcast from 0 to millions of downloads. Shocked, I asked to work for him. I started doing some marketing and outreach and quickly learned some of the tricks of the trade.
You see, I thought that I could bring on some pretty cool guests on my own, plain as vanilla, cause I’m an interesting person, and a college student (yes… I pulled the college student card many times). But after spending hours upon hours trying to find qualified guests, sending cold emails and following up 99 TIMES, hardly get any results, I realized two big, important errors that I was making:
1) My finding methods were completely inefficient
2) My contacting methods felt like I was asking for a favor. It didn’t make the guests WANT to come on to my show.
I had to be real with myself. I was not using the resources that make it SO EASY to find podcast guests and I had not perfected an outreach template by any means.
Before learning these things, I would find guests through my network, friends’ networks, and then when I started searching online, I’d find names of people but no contact info. If I did spend some time and found their contact info, these people were usually the type that were too busy for a no-name like I was, especially asking for them to provide value for me. But, I wanted qualified, cool guests for my audience (meager as it was at the time).
Because of that, it was WAY harder to find and attract guests to come on my show.
After I discovered the tools and strategies to find more guests and bring them onto my show, I started getting dozens of guest requests. Then, I started freelancing, bringing guests onto other peoples’ shows, using the same template as before. And it still worked! It boiled down to a science… which is how I created this template.
This template will teach you how to find more of the “right” guests for your show and how to reach out to them in a unique way that makes you interesting and provides your guests with VALUE.
This template won’t make a bad podcaster a good one, but it will help:
• Give you the resources you need to find numberless people to be on your show (including contact info) in significantly less time.
• Teach you the tools to find guests on the internet that will make your show grow.
• Explain the science behind copywriting and how to stick out.
• Give you a step-by-step formula to create an effective email (and offer) that gets guests drooling to come onto your show...
Sound good?
When you purchase this you will receive:
• A document that contains:
o The tools and tricks to find guests and track your contact with them
o A proven email template that’ll get you noticed
o Guaranteed methods of how to provide value to your guests
o Psychology behind writing a great email (maybe you’ll even want to make your own template)
• A spreadsheet where you can track your contact with those you reach out to.
Once you have this template, you’ll find guests quicker, and they will start responding. They will want to come onto your show and instead of asking for a favor, you’ll be the one doing them the favor by having them on your show. You’ll save yourself the stress of finding awesome guests. If you just want to be on other people’s shows, these principles still apply.
Oh and BTW… if you’re saying to yourself, “$29 is a little too pricey”, then think about it this way:
If your time is worth $30/hour or even if were worth only $10/hour, if you were to save 50 hours this year, finding guests easier and with less stress, less time, and less effort than ever before, it would be worth it to you. Even if you only saved 10 hours in a year (I guarantee you’ll save more than that), it would be worth it. So is $29 REALLY that expensive?
PS: If this template does not get you at least 100% more results with finding more guests and getting more responses, then send me an email and I’ll give you your money back… no questions asked!
